Getting ready for the big move? Setting up utilities can be a cumbersome process if you don’t know what’s available to you. To make it easier, we’ve gathered some information to help you out:
Electric
Electricity is supplied to your apartment by Garland Power & Light. We should advise you that they may require a deposit to initiate service. They can be reached at 972-205-2671 if you have any questions regarding your electric service or the deposit. You may also fill out the online application here.
Cable & Phone
Time Warner provides cable TV, high speed Internet, and phone service to the area. Click here to visit their site, or call 972-742-5892. You can also use Dish Network, but extra requirements must be met with the property.
Trash
Trash removal from the property dumpster is paid for and managed by Garland Oaks. A monthly fee for this services is included in your water bill.
Water
The water that you use in your apartment is charged to you on an allocation basis monthly.
